Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will be speaking and answering audience and online questions at the University of Michigan next Monday (Jan. 14) from 4:00-5:30pm.. Excerpt: Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke joins Ford School Dean Susan Collins for a conversation on monetary policy, recovery from the global financial crisis and long-term challenges facing the U.S. economy. The event is free and open to the public, but seating passes are required. Tickets are available for the public starting at noon Friday, Jan. 11, at the Michigan Union Ticket Office. U-M faculty, staff and students can pick up seating passes at the ticket office on Thursday, Jan. 10.
