Linda Girard has one of the coolest business titles around town. She is the "Visionary" and Co-founder of Pure Visibility, the Ann Arbor-based search engine marketing firm.

It's a title she's going to have use more as the downtown-based company continues its growth pattern. For instance it has gone from a three-person firm in 2005 to 12 today with expectations of at least another six in the next two years. That's on the heels of 68 percent revenue increase over the past two years.

"We've grown a lot," Girard says. "I live in a very fast-paced world. It's something else and it's interesting to keep up with."

Pure Visibility is a company that specializes in helping its clients attract more traffic by optimizing their websites so they can be found by search engine. The firm is analytics-certified by Google, the only company in Michigan with that designation.
