I work with business, government, nonprofit and community stakeholders to develop strategic policies and practices that support economic growth and individual achievement by aligning and integrating social service, education, workforce, and educational development systems to better connect transitioning low-income, low-skilled adults with pathways to education, training, and meaningful employment.
