Hospitality: Jobs Landed

I am in charge of registering guests into the hotel and for the duration of their stay offering concierge services. I am also responsible for marketing the hotel to potential and current clients, managing visitor profiles and billing.

I help to negotiate rates for companies and travelers staying at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. I work with local and national Travel Managers, as well as administrative professionals and regular guests. I develop professional and personal relationships with my clients.

I also recently earned the responsibility of booking our government groups and meetings, such as military retreats or federal government meetings.  I am very involved in organizations pertaining to my job, including Michigan Business Travel Association, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Society of Government Meeting Planners, Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Chambers, Washtenaw Economic Club, etc!
