Description:Lead the development, in collaboration with R&D engineering staff, of test protocols for verification of changes to existing products as well as new product and technology prototypes. Hands on set up of test instrumentation, as well as execution of test protocols and supervision of instruments under test. Summarization of data into test reports. Assistance with quality related data archiving functions and with data collection to improve production processes.
Requirements:BS in Engineering with minimum of 2 – 5 years testing experience. Experience in developing test protocols and setting up instrumentation. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail, with particular strength in noticing unexpected or unanticipated phenomena—visually, audibly, tactilely, olfactorily, or by data analysis. Proficient in Word and Excel with a basic understanding of statistics. Able to read technical drawings & prints; ability to read electronic schematics a plus.
